@tavi_chocochip @elonmusk That inquiry failed to name any of the individuals responsible for the systemic failures, which is important for a couple of reasons.

- it’s part of getting justice for the victims.
- it seriously calls into questions those individuals integrity and so is in the public interest

Showing alarm at one particular set of disturbing cases doesn’t constitute someone having ‘fallen down the right wing rabbit hole’
