@Roy_Lin76 Sent back to PSD to properly investigate. That part is a paper tiger. But it gives bosses a headache. If they don't do it properly the IOPC can eventually take it out of their hands. But I learnt a lot from the IOPC review that gave me answers. Jury trial is the real justice.
To my pleasant surprise the IOPC have upheld my complaint for wrongful arrest at the hands of former work colleagues at my home address on 2nd May 2023.
@AdnanHussainMP@Rovers Qualified barrister and practising solicitor, a Director of his own legal practice; reading from a script on his phone. Dismayed at the poor quality of his advocacy. Simply another rich boy who had his legal career paid for. UCLAN law degree?!
@Brick_Cop@metpoliceuk@ukhomeoffice The police refuse to take self-responsibility. There is no mention of the Baroness Casey Review. The police still got money, not enough, but some, during austerity and made bad decisions with it. And then the £3.5bn uplift programme was failed investment we forget...
"No charges are being brought against any police officers involved in the incident in July, it added." The brothers needed to be charged but the firearms officer also needed charging. https://t.co/osR70dFXke
Another too predictable and tragic death of a whistleblower. OpenAl whistleblower Suchir Balaji has been found dead in his San Francisco apartment. Please take a moment to acknowledge the courage it takes to call out a multi-billion dollar corporation. https://t.co/mMqCMf86ku
@RogerthePolice It’s like the trenches in WWI. Waiting to go over the top is worse than being machine gunner in no man’s land. Believe me they will suffer the pain of investigation.
@andygeorgeni@NBPAUK Jones v Chief Constable EAT 2024 was heard today and knocked back. It was held by HHJ Tayler that criminal investigation is not a detriment in the "field of employment". Police officers whistleblowers get outright locked up.
@shadowdog2023 @Protect_ServeUK @metpoliceuk Police enjoyed £3.6bn in the 20,000 PUP but lost 1 in 4 due to bad management, bullying, toxic culture and a lack of welfare support. That organisation cannot be trusted with money.
@Magno_101 @Protect_ServeUK @metpoliceuk PUP "20,000 more police officers" was £3.5bn worth of investment. 1 in 4 new recruits lost in probation, more lost shortly afterwards. Half of my intake lost in a year due to bullying, bad management, toxic culture and a lack of welfare support. Police must reform or die.
@rights_for_men@m0wpg Half of my intake of graduates and career changers were lost in a year due to bad management, bullying, toxic culture and a lack of welfare support. Many will not mindlessly follow poor leadership. There's a world beyond the police. We told SMT to F**k off so I got locked up.
@rights_for_men@m0wpg Leadership run the organisation to suit themselves. When I was arrested for whistleblowing last year; it wasn't the knuckle dragging Sgt. just to blame but the Chief Inspector sat behind a desk that gave the order. "Inexperienced" officers are not always compliant by the way. 1/2
@rights_for_men I agree. My experience as a victimised police officer whistleblower has left me feeling quite anti-PSD. I understand first hand the stress of malicious criminal investigation. It's a waste of public money and erodes trust in due process for all concerned. Reform is needed.
