Ah, the world of preprints. The Chinese preprint showing that one of the two AZ mAbs had no neutralization of Omicron now has different data for AZD1061, showing better, but still modest neutralization. This is more in line with AZ press release data.

Interesting that RA w/ ⬆️breakthrough inf rates during Delta (Table 2). Wonder if ⬆️rate due to TNFi use: we found TNFi a/w poor cross-variant neutralization (i.e. Delta), but boosting restores responses (https://t.co/B23swEVkmA).

So this preprint suggests that sotrovimab is not effective against the BA.2 subvariant of Omicron, which would be surprising (https://t.co/M4CUUR8WmG).
