@RSPCA_official@TfL RSPCA told me they didn’t deal with big birds and told me to call Swan Rescue. I wasn’t given a ref number as they said they couldn’t help me.
Abysmal scenes at Blackhorse Road Overground by the public and @TfL staff. Injured swan on the tracks, people are throwing things and staff are debating running it over. I’ve been on the phone to @RSPCA_official and Swan Rescue but nothing yet and I’m worried about its safety
@O2 absolutely abysmal customer service, haven’t been able to receive help from anyone. On hold for 45mins and no solution. I joined O2 two days ago and already regretting my decision.
