Black and brown people arent dying disproportionately for a lack of wearing masks aka “obeying the rules” they are dying because of a racist public health system.

@neeratanden Unfortunately recent "enforcement" events in New York shows that Black and Brown communities will be over-policed. Even in a pandemic, these communities not only suffer from higher infection and death rates but also citations and other punishments.
