@GoibiboSupport now you have replied in contact number to go to my trip section to manage my booking. However when I got to my trip section it only shows cancelled booking details and nothing else. Can you refund the amount please instead of moving round and round

₹6,797 was charged for Booking GOLFLDSTAN6RR6984457, later cancelled. Refund promised in 5–7 working days, but 11+ days have passed. Customer care says no booking exists, though it shows in my account. Unacceptable. Refund now and share the reference.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I paid for Airtel Xstream but never got the service. Instead, I’m repeatedly asked to subscribe again. Customer care and Xstream chat support gave no solution, only a refund promise with no email confirmation. Extremely disappointed.
