@TrinityWan29216 @RamenBoi145 idk if i agree with the "aliens not using quirks" part. Aggregor had that device to nullify the Andromeda 5's abilities even tho they were innate, (the A5 also referred to their abilities as "powers") so there is a fair argument AfO can steal alien abilities too
