@jacksonhinkle China’s boom isn’t a win for communism; it’s the result of pivoting away from it. Real growth only started after 1978 when they ditched central planning for market reforms, private enterprise, and global trade. The CCP kept the name, but the fuel is state-led capitalism.
@ericwittmer4@chance1776@DraftKings btw... I dont think you watched the Duke game. I thought I remembered every time they pulled Flory out Duke made a run. and yeah, Flory was the only + player for kansas.
@ericwittmer4@chance1776@DraftKings again... yes, to much dough for any college player. but he is a game changing defender. one of the best defensive players in the country. they dont want him for his offense. however, he can score. 70% from the field and over 80 dunks this year, majority from pick and rolls.
@chance1776@DraftKings hes a pick and roll guy on offense and does have post moves down low. he shoots like 70%. he was actually hardly ever in the lane at kansas. only for lobs ....84 dunks this year and occasionally a post. defense is his main contribution to any team.
@ericwittmer4@chance1776@DraftKings definitely didnt say he played great every game, just saying he didn't play bad every game either. his strength is how he affects the game defensively.
@chance1776@DraftKings and i agree he isnt as dominant against really big guys or quick shooters. but there isnt a mismatch with him. he really could be an elite defender. he just needs to learn to chase and grab rebounds after he boxes out to pad his rebound stats. he lets his guards clean them.
@chance1776@DraftKings example? and I do think its crazy for a college kid to make that much. however, the first Arizona/Kansas game or BYU or almost every game he played well. the problem is you think of him as a true 5. in reality he more comparable to 4, a raw Rodman style game in infancy.
@SnapAgainThanos@BrickCenter_ after sga pushed off to get open, and then they called that...smh. that was an anticipation call, and Im embarrassed for him.
