@DeeBeeCW@SimonBeldon Made a big difference to myself and many others I have worked with. I have tested on number of occasions,have zero intolerance to gluten.. in real life it makes a lot of difference. Water retention, bloated, then there’s the gluey output…

@gavontwitt I was exactly the same. Hadn’t run in 4 years and stuck a pair on and smashed out a 3 x 68 sec 400s literally floating. It’s a different sport
