@GWRHelp sorry but you couldn't run a p**s up in a brewery! 2 hours each way to get from Reading to Bstl parkway. You know the line floods, it always floods, 3 days later it's still closed! A 49 min journey is 2hrs!! How can you charge so much for such a sh*t service!

Unbelievable @bt_uk @EE 6 weeks without broadband due to massive incompetency from @WeAreOpenreach known fault, so much wasted time by engineers, promises missed, if I was this rubbish in my job I'd be sacked! Oh and still no guarantee I'll have broadband back this week! Fuming!
