Hi @DVLAgovuk received a letter from you which is totally incorrect, spoke to an agent (polite and friendly) who raised a case but can take up to 3 weeks, totallly absurd given its not my error, impacting my life, this is ridiculous!! Surely something can be done??!

@GWRHelp sorry but you couldn't run a p**s up in a brewery! 2 hours each way to get from Reading to Bstl parkway. You know the line floods, it always floods, 3 days later it's still closed! A 49 min journey is 2hrs!! How can you charge so much for such a sh*t service!
