@ucas_online Why can’t my son get into clearing? His insurance choice has him pending. He wants to decline his conditional offer and go into clearing but there seems to be no way of doing this. All the time the clock is ticking. It’s a bit of a mess.

@ucas_online Thanks. He has done twice after 20 minute queues. The point is he does not want his insurance place, he wants to go into clearing but he can’t because he is stuck pending and the uni can’t/won’t release him into clearing.

No announcement and I have walked the length of the train - no sign of a trolley. More rubbish service since the demise of the Express Cafe. Glad to stop commuting with GWR in September after 7 years following these so called improvements!!!! #
