Every product has a product-channel fit.

Some products have the unit economics to support FB ads in this environment. This usually looks like an AOV of over $70, and a mass appeal product. @seanfrank’s ridge or @robbfraser’s outway socks is a good example. There’s lots of others in DTC as well.

Some products are built for mass retail. Their unit economies make them competitive on shelves and Amazon. @mikebeckhamsm’s brand comes to mind.

Some products are suited for organic viral marketing. These are usually brands that have a very ‘WOW’ factor. My brand, Peachybbies, and a few others come to mind.

Lean into where your brand can build an unfair advantage.

Just because I’m good at organic marketing doesn’t mean you have to be.
