@Plusnet poor customer services who do not return calls when advised and up to a 4 hour wait for a manager to call back. Fail to see how you can resolve this. 3 weeks and counting...

@MetroBank_Help completely wasted time and money visiting your branch because despite advertising a walk in service and account opening. It's not what you do. Ilford is different to other branches apparently. Not revolutionary.
