@HardeepSPuri @MoCA_GoI @DelhiAirport🙏 need urgent attention on issues being faced by #SOSGlobalIndians members due to long transit waiting times extending for hours. Missing imp. connecting flights. Seniors/vulnerable category travelers stuck without food, family support. Help!

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

Sh.@HardeepSPuri thank you for the increased #VBM flights to India🙏. Overseas passengers facing confusion on quarantine when landing in Delhi. Not clear between @MoHFW_INDIA SOPs & actual on ground reality. Should we book same day onwards connection if VBM option is unavailable?

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

@airindiain will someone answer our questions?🙏 #SOSGlobalIndians sent a letter to AI CMD too. USA to India direct booking scheduling issues, routing issues, quarantine issues, credits/cancelations/rescheduling. Clear answers & responsive customer helpline needed @MoCA_GoI

[Alapini @Alapini13]

@airindiain What about cancellations? Due to your website issues, we ended up buying two tickets due to website issues, now no reply from you

[Alapini @Alapini13]

[Michael Khanna @michaelkhanna]

@airindiain people have booked AI connections to their final city, same day, or day or two after landing in India port of entry, on non #VBM domestic flights without 7day IQ SOPs. 🙏 Pls. allow refunds & set up helpline. Sh.@HardeepSPuri @MoHFW_INDIA @MoCA_GoI @PremBhandariNYC

[Alapini @Alapini13]

@airindiain Waiting only for that day when our loved ones will be back with us in India, you have no idea how each day is important for us #vbm @HardeepSPuri

[Kiran k @rameshphx]

@HardeepSPuri @airindiain @MoCA_GoI How will be the booking from USA to India? No consulate in USA is replying and we are literally dying to hear what is the process.
