@SouthwestAir unfortunately I had to wait an hour for someone to come help me with my wheel chair at BNA. Got in at 3:37 and just now at 4:42 am getting to baggage claim to get my stuff.

@StarbucksCare hey, I just added $100 to my Starbucks account for the rewards program, you guys charged me for it but then the app said it was unable to process my request and to try again later. But you still charged me for it. Please help!

@Uber super disappointed in your service. I had a ride for $13 and locked in the price, you then charged me $20 for the ride. Wtf! I’ll be using lyft from now on.

Hey @AskLyft I booked a ride today for $12.18 and was supposed to be picked up by 4:45pm. At 5pm I still hadn’t gotten a ride so I cancelled the scheduled ride and had to rebook, I ended up paying $22.50 for a ride that should’ve cost $12.18. Disappointed.

Just got tix to @kalieshorr in Vegas on May 8 for me and my mom!!! Just scheduled a trip to Vegas May 8-12 and when I saw @KShorrUpdates @kalieshorr had a show when I’m going to be in town I knew I was going to get tickets!!!
