Perfect #pbl example: #TribalScholars students setting their #NOAA 30-hook halibut #subsistence skate. Most of the time the hooks came up empty, and that failure provided the best opportunity to learn why. Was it bait? Location? Tides? Work together as a group, solve the issue.
