@LNER Again, missing the point. I'm requesting that you make an effort at King's Cross. Rally your team members at the station ready to hand out water to everyone getting off this train. You put us in this situation so you need to recover the guest experience. It's not a big ask.
@LNER I’m on headcode 1A18. It was changed to a 5 car. We are rammed in like sardines. Standing room only & can’t move. It’s 33°c. We can’t get to the cafe for cold drinks. You need to be at King’s Cross waiting with cold water for everyone. This is crazy. Mine water is now gone

@LNER I think you are missing the point. I'm not the only person on this train in This situation. You have an over full train with no one being able to access cold water. No one can move. Also that water on the platform is always warm as it's left in the sun. You need to do better.

@DpdUkOfficial and now after sitting in a huge queue to speak to someone 38 people long queue I get in only to be kicked off and put to the back of the queue now 44 long. I am pissed. Sort your stuff out !!!
@DpdUkOfficial your staff are a disgrace. I have just had so much attitude from on f your call centre team members who refused to help me and gave me a false name. He refused to allow me to talk to management to file a complaint about their behaviour. I am furious.
@LNER can u please educate some of your staff on bike policies. Last night at King’s Cross I had one of your staff run down a platform to ask me if my bike is electric ready to deny boarding. I explained that it is & it follows all policies. The run part, I wasn’t even using LNER
@Hull_Trains I was in Coach D seat 52. Thanks, I know you all work hard so just wanted to flag the heat, seems spring showed up finally 😂 Also worth saying that the USB charger didn’t work on that seat. Plug was fine just USB.
@Hull_Trains just to note that the 19:04 from King’s Cross tonight was a bit too warm. I ended up sweating the whole trip and now have a headache. Talking with fellow travellers after getting off the train, seems I wasn’t the only person to feel this way. Comfort please not hot🔥
@nationalrailenq I understand incidents happen but when you put last minute rail replacements busses on, us with bikes are refused boarding. You need to create a service that can help us get home too. I am now stranded in Peterborough hoping trains will start going to Grantham😔

@LNER beyond unacceptable behaviour from your staff. I have just been embarrassed and humiliated by your staff for no reason and even after talking to your team yesterday. Not good enough, I don’t take LNER trains to be verbally assaulted infront of other passengers by your staff
