Maulana Syed Waheeduddin Hyder Akhbari Chief Cleric of Shia Akhbari community raised most significant issues at the Muharram meeting held today. Maulana emphasized on the forthwith inspection and protection of Ashur Khana e Khilwat e Mubarak wherein priceless and the most sacred relics are erected since long time.

Maulana has given a representation in this regard and urged before the Minorities Ministry as well as the concerned persons along with the Aimim MLAs present in the meeting to take prompt steps for the protection of the Antiquities found in Ashur Khana e Khilwat e Mubarak.
. He also brought the bitter fact to the notice of the dignitaries that , Maulana has filed multiple cases before the High Court for the State of Telangana to protect various Waqf properties wherein he has won many cases and 8 cases are pending before the court. Maulana also showed apprehension that he might have to again knock the door of the Hon'ble High Court for the protection of Ashur Khana e Khilwat e Mubarak.

Hon’ble Minorities Minister Sri Mohammed Azharuddin has expressed his concern for the Ashur khanas and assured that he is always available for spot inspection of the Ashur Khanas whenever AIMIM MLAs needs his help.

A representation is going to be submitted to the Member of Parliament Sri Barrister Asaduddin Owaisi to conduct spot inspection of the Ashur Khana e Khilwat e Mubarak before the mourning month of Muharram starts this year.

Currently, the Ashoor Khana is in a severely deteriorated and worst-off condition. Most alarmingly, the roof of the Ashoor Khana has recently collapsed. Seeing this sacred and historic space in such a ruined state has caused immense grief, and our hearts are truly paining to witness this devastation.
Given the religious and cultural significance of this Ashoor Khana to the local community, its current state requires urgent intervention. We fear further damage if immediate action is not taken.
Therefore, we sincerely request you to kindly look into this matter on high priority and help initiate the reconstruction and restoration work as soon as possible. Your swift intervention will not only preserve this important heritage but will also bring immense relief to the grieving hearts of the community.

I would like to respectfully bring to your attention a concern regarding a statement made on your channel, where Ali Khamenei was referred to as the Imam of Shia Asna Ashari Muslims( Twelver Shias). With due respect, this is not correct according to Twelver Shia belief.
In Shia Islam, the Imamate is a divinely appointed position, and Shia Muslims believe in only twelve Imams. The 12th Imam, Imam Mahdi (Imam-e-Zamana, alaihissalam), is in occultation and is considered the final Imam.
I would request you to kindly raise this question with Zameer Abbas Jaffri and ask him to clarify:
On what basis can anyone claim that Mr. Khamenei is an Imam of Shias?
Can such a claim be supported through the Qur’an?
Whereas, Qur'an declares those as Non Shias who make their own Imam.
Mr. Ali Khamenei is only a political leader of Iran—nothing more than that. He has, in his books and teachings, given orders to kill non-Muslims without any valid reason and also ordered for Jihad , which is against Twelver Shia law (Asna Ashari) i e Qur'an and Hadith.
