@British_Airways That you made me check it not the issue. That you did pre-security rather than at gate doomed bag to miss flight. I sat in bag reclaim MAN for 1.5hrs as you wouldn't deliver 8 miles for 24hrs, at which point I'm done at MAN & onward travel. Don't T&Cs clients, listen to improve.

Hating @British_Airways GIB-LHR-MAN. Ran 2 connect YOUR schedule. Cabin bag forced checkin pre-security NOT airside.. doesn't make it obvs. Now stuck by carrousel @ MAN as agents won't deliver 8mi to hotel before 2mrw! I travel cabin 2 avoid this, Cheers BA #CustomerExperience

@KaelanJoyce Important to do this. I've found the most effective way to teach mine is, to show them how you add filters to stuff or edit it, and explain.. if I can do it, everyone else can too. Simple point for young mind to get. And it will only grow..
