He was the only Christian traveling in a majority-Muslim vehicle to Gombe when terror attacks were launched in Jos on Palm Sunday 😔. He was pulled out near the Jos-Bauchi border [at Bauchi junction] far from the Angwan Rukuba incident scene by a mob shouting "Allahu" and assaulted with machetes, rocks, and sticks, and later left for dead.
