@bloomsrelax @vtbirkenstock I do not have full confirmation on this. Everything I am hearing suggests there is no lottery at this time. Which would mean that if your application was complete, then it would be accepted for processing - meaning that if everything checks out, you'll get an Approval.

@H2BLawyer @Briankook21 This obviously depends on how many denials, in-country transfers, and NT requests were locked into Group A through C cases, which is unknowable. But no matter how you do the math, Group D cases have little to no chance from our perspective at this point unfortunately.
