@zaidkdahhaj Do you prefer to use incandescence bulbs, of course only as as a supplement to the sun, over LED for red light therapy sessions? Since LEDs typically have 2-4 specific wavelengths, would incandescence be better because they cover broad spectrum?

@eric_novack Dr. Novack. I appreciate your posts. I'm a physical therapist who works mostly with orthopedic injuries. Which treatment modalities do you recommend for injuries, recoveries, post opt..ect, besides the cirdacian/mitochondrial mainstays of natural sunlight and grounding? Ty again.
What s/sx do you use to determine whether to use a brace to immobilize vs stabilize for likely acute meniscus tear. Injury occurred with heavy squatting.
