@ShiiineOn_ before we took the band to China, there were a few weird messages on the Puressence forum asking if Sharpen Up The Knives was about being anti establishment. Luckily we still got visas.
Seen this band perform from the back of a lorry in Stockport Market and main stage in Greece infront of 18,000. Put £6k on my credit card to take them on tour in China. I still buzz off them like I did back then. One day they’ll reform. Until then, tune into this 👇

Hi @virginmedia it’s me again. Please can you ask your staff to ring back customers when they promise to? 7 hours on the phone to you this month with no issues resolved & 5 promises of call backs not honoured. Counting down the minutes until I can cancel my Virgin Media contracts
@virginmedia These are just words. Your actions and lack of resolution tell the real story of your customer service levels. No phone calls back from managers ever is telling
@virginmedia If I said I’ve rang that number 15 times in the last month I wouldn’t be exaggerating. Minimum 10 mins on hold each time before I speak to a human. Still no resolution. I honestly give up. I get the impression you’re much more interested in signing up new customers than retaining
@virginmedia None of your CS team seem able to help and no managers ring me back ever so unlikely you’d be able to help. I bet you’d be in touch quickly if I cancelled my direct debit
