@mweinbach The long rumored glasses could perform this scanning automatically without any additional work from the user. Also, as a part of the 6G spec, devices can do sensing themselves using spectrum. The fidelity alongside AI models would also be sufficient for passive mapping.
@benspringwater you could get the same haptic features that Apple Watch has: vibration based directions, proximity haptics for Find My friends, or even Points of Interest. Would bring charm and discreet interactions back to tech. 🤞
@alexiskold It’s also legibility that matters. Spreadsheets make it easy to see calculations. I’m sure software based tools will get better at this, but at the end of the day you’re always trusting an agent to explain itself to you.
@nejatian Bingo. Thank you. More than ever, product judgement is needed when the cost of building anything has dropped so much that folks think they should build everything.
@signulll Put another away: Steve empowered consumer creation. So much of the AI rhetoric is actively acquiesces to the loss of human work, dignity, and ingenuity.
@RobertJBye Stability when working on extended tasks. Both the mobile and web versions tend to get “lost”, often saying that Claude couldn’t finish the task, only to update 15 minutes later with a completed response.
@nikillinit Bingo. I’m at a largely remote company with a prolific written culture. We’ve been able to train very effective models and GPTs with over 5 years of docs and data.
@AndyMasley Presenting banners as neutral ground is exactly the mindset this ad is getting at. Even if (for now) OpenAI uses banners instead of inline ads, the result is just as jarring as the ad suggests. A space for curiosity and creation is tarnished with commercial interest.
