He was promised a new deal a year ago, didn’t get it, the project he was promised was ambitious and impressive, yet newcastle struggle to land a single decent signing. I don’t blame him for not wanting to be there anymore.

@tyler_ @FabrizioRomano a club tells a player about how ambitious they are, the players they’re going to sign, and when they don’t provide what they promised Isak has the right to say he’s not happy and wants to move elsewhere. it’s like going to a restaurant and getting fed aldi essentials, I’d be sad.
