@Wise Resolved - thank you @Wise

[Alec Tucker @alecdtucker]

Hey @Wise - you've taken my money and now there's no trace of it, your online support just keeps logging me out and there's no-one answering the phone. What gives?

[Alec Tucker @alecdtucker]

@Starlink It's connected, but download speed (from https://t.co/TYErTVCy5T) is under 1Mbps here in NSW, Australia.

[Alec Tucker @alecdtucker]

@kwlothrop @MichaelStonis I’ll miss it for sure, but it’s been shockingly sub par for some time now.

[Alec Tucker @alecdtucker]

@MikeCodesDotNET Ah - I see. Good luck 😎

No need to worry just yet…

[Alec Tucker @alecdtucker]

@rodhemp That’s odd. I’ve seen a couple of glitches like this, but not for a while now. I’m seeing 100-200 down and 10-20 up. (Sorry if that’s just annoying!) 😎
