@tdd340 @WilliamCross3MD Without seeing a sagittal or coronal hard to say for sure. That being said I’ve seen a lot of these revised with a robust, posterior titanium implant that slides underneath the failed allograft. Can also typically put a lateral screw or two anterior to the failed graft.
