@LillyLyle @Philips @TPVision Thanks for the info. I bought the TV from @HughesDirect. I thought they were a reputable company and cannot fathom why they will not replace or refund me for the TV as it is less than 6 months old. Surely they've heard of the Consumer Rights Act 2015

This @Philips branded TV, which is manufactured by @TPVision is described in the marketing blurb as "the one that has it all". Look at the state of the picture on it. TP Vision's so-called Philips TV Technical Support says it doesn't need replaced or repaired. TV is 4 months old.

Moral of the story is do not buy a @Philips branded TV. The warranty is not worth the paper it is written on

@Philips Philips TV Technical Support has already tried to tell me that there is no problem with the picture on my TV because backlight bleed is inherent in LED technology. Look at the state of the picture on it. Marketing blurb describes the TV model as "the one that has it all". Lol

@TPVision Please provide me with the contact details of your complaints department of your @Philips branded televisions. Your Philips TV Technical Support are unwilling or unable to do so & I have been unable to find them for myself, which leads me to believe you do not have one.
