Young people, especially late teens and early 20s deal with is so called “TikTok brain” or “brain rot”

Even I, who is more focused than most people in my age group, can’t stop scrolling my phone. There is always something new, there is always something to be involved in.

It ruins your life and destroys your ability to live in the moment. You’ll watch back at your life and wish you enjoyed your years of youthfulness.

Which were paid in money, which then could be transitioned into gold

The money you got paid had REAL value

But now you’re just working for some imaginary money that could be devalued with one press on the button

Which made the hours you worked last year less valuable with 50%

I quit caffeine for more than 1 year

Not a drop was consumed during this period

And quitting caffeine has ZERO positive effects except for the fact that your nervous system doesn't get fried 24/7

I drank 15+ coffees a day for 2 years straight so I'm a bit on the extreme side

But there's nothing wrong with drinking 3 coffees a day

- Better mood
- More focus
- Faster metabolism

The only thing you need to do is get your nutrition under control so the coffee you're consuming doesn't fry your nervous system and turns you into an autistic loser that can't keep eye contact

Know you’re an adult, a loser, and moving through life without any clear direction

Pick a goal, create a roadmap on how to get there, plan your days ahead of what should be DONE.
