@Se_Railway somewhat unbelievably I have yet to catch a train on time THIS YEAR. And you still have the audacity to charge me £30+ to get to work… I just don’t understand
@Se_Railway yet another day where my Key Card says it doesn’t haven’t any tickets to load… almost twenty minutes after buying a ticket… can’t wait to try explain that at London Bridge
@Se_Railway@TfL Ticket I purchased yesterday still not loading onto my key card. Have given up trying to explain to tube staff about it so have ended up tapping in and out. Will be asking for a full refund. About to try get home but no idea how to get through London Bridge gate line
@Se_Railway Have @TfL been told about this? I have a travel card purchased but obviously if I can’t load it onto my card I can’t use it at the gate line at the tube/overground
@British_Airways Hi Linda, I’ve just tried to DM you but quite frankly I refuse to sit in yet another automated queue. Put in every detail under the sun to only be told to sit and wait and then get to the wrong department. This is exactly what I wanted to complain about.
Terrible, and I do mean TERRIBLE customer service from @British_Airways over the last couple of days. To the point of considering whether to ever fly with them again, despite having a BA Amex. And no complaints until you’ve started your journey. What an awful system!
@Se_Railway I was on the 7:23 from high brooms to Charing Cross. Was sat in the middle of the train, in a carriage that had a driving cab, just down from the first class section. Left the bag in the overhead luggage rack. Appreciate you helping
