After 73 years, the remains of a Laredoan who served in the Korean War are coming home. The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency announced that Army Sgt. Cresenciano Garcia, Jr., 22, of Laredo, Texas, died as a prisoner of war. Garcia will be buried in Laredo on Oct. 14. #laredo
