@Turnditch_Man @NEUnion @GillianKeegan But teachers are paid for 32.5 hours a week and only paid for 39 weeks work. So under your plans, will they now get paid for 48 weeks work and for 37 hours a week. Then get a cost of living increase as well? That’ll cost a fair bit more than what their asking for.
