@foreigncorr1 It’s the people, we can blame the council but there’s something unique about Glaswegians willingness to litter. It’s everywhere. More bins won’t help, people just don’t care.
Using the council as an excuse is a copout. Littering is in our culture, somehow. That won’t change.
