“And the reason for all of this is, that quite frankly, members of this body are privy to information that the normal person just is not.”

Making a lot of the gear in the game obsolete and making low level crafting relatively worthless. It damages the economy for any low level gear, worsening newer player's chances of making gold ahead of level cap also. This is one of the first big pivots of wow away from "classic"
