Judge Emmanuel Baguma has declined to refer Dr Besigye’s treason case to the Constitutional Court for interpretation.

The application was tabled last evening before Judge Baguma after he granted a seven day ultimatum for Dr Besigye to prepare for his defense.

Dr Besigye’s lawyers argued that the time given is inadequate and violates his constitutional right to a fair trial.

Judge Baguma held that the issues raised by the defence did not amount to substantial constitutional questions requiring interpretation by the Constitutional Court.

Is there any application by Dr Besigye that Judge Baguma has ever granted? The fellow is a complete write off!

The most online-brained thing in running is seeing someone write:

“I’m slow. My 5K is only 27 minutes.”

Only?

For a normal adult with work, stress, bad sleep, bills, family stuff, and a body that is not built in a running lab…

27 minutes is strong.

The internet has fried runners’ standards.

A lot of people can’t run 5K at all.

A lot quit before it gets comfortable.

A lot never even reach the start line.

So no, 27 minutes is not embarrassing.

It’s fitness.
It’s consistency.
It’s proof.
Stop letting strangers with carbon shoes and unlimited free time make your progress look small.
