@OfficialLoganK@Starlink Yeah, mine was the opposite experience. Delivered early, terminal had not been associated to my account so I couldn't activate it for use until a myriad of customer service agents spoke to me. It took 3 weeks to solve.
@Enterprise your customer service is an absolute joke. You are willing to issue out "unrentable" vehicles (as per the branch managers own words); and then, when faults are highlighted be unwilling to exchange for a serviceable vehicle. How is this acceptable? Innsbrook branch, VA
@JohnnyMercerUK I have made a claim. Army's says my hearing loss is the wrong type, apparently - only severe at higher frequencies (caused by consistent exposure to loud noise, like firearms); I didn't have this before serving and deploying various times - is there any advice you can give?
