@GWRHelp And now all trains on the Maidenhead to Bourne End are cancelled. No information from staff at all. People just stood waiting in swealtering heat. Complete disgrace.

@GWRHelp given all services to Didcot appear to be running non-stop to Reading, not calling at Maidenhead as usual, please ensure the 18:16 to Bourne End is held to ensure connections from the 18:14 arrival from Abbey Wood. Thanks.

@GWRHelp It’s literally the same train that shuttles between both stations, Rose. If GWR are cancelling the non-stop Paddington to Maidenhead trains, at least make allowances to ensure connections from Elizabeth line services can be made. The hold would be no more than 2mins!! Madness.

@GWRHelp Hi Rose. As above, requesting the 1816 Maidenhead to Bourne End (which looks delayed already) is held to ensure connections can be made for the 1814 Elizabeth Line service arrival into Maidenhead from Abbey Wood.

@GWRHelp Disappointing this service wasn’t held, as happens very often. 10mins delay now a 45min+ delay. This is a single track line, no reason why the train cannot be held - ridiculous! 🙄

@GWRHelp Disappointing it wasn’t possible to hold this train, Matt - especially given it will only be sitting at Marlow anyway before making its return journey. Many people now needlessly waiting at Maidenhead for next 55mins.

@GWRHelp would strongly advise that you shift the 19:36 Paddington to Worcester to a 9/10 carriage train vs just 5. Train is always full & standing during midweek - extremely frustrating for long journeys!
