@therealtmac13 @JoshuaS46825756 @KSUOwlHowl Oh absolutely. I would not be surprised if they have to be updated/ replaced in order to meet new code requirements. There are numerous things KSU could have run into trying to get a permit that is beyond their control. That is why I do not put blame on them for a delayed start.

@JoshuaS46825756 @KSUOwlHowl It is a frustrating process. I do not blame Kennesaw for a late start. Stuff comes up all of the time. UT got lucky with there baseball stadium and probably got some processes moved faster and with a little more leniency due to having a little more pull throughout city agencies.

@JoshuaS46825756 @KSUOwlHowl Yes sir exactly. Especially when it comes to a commercial structure. I am in residential construction on the coast and it is a nightmare. I know commercial requires similar requirements way more strict. And at a much larger scale.

@KSUOwlHowl Not to mention that city and county requirements change all of the time for plan submittals and what was once required to be submitted to the city is now required to be submitted to the county. It is so annoying. I do not blame them for a delayed start.

@KSUOwlHowl I work in constructions. I guarantee it was permit issues. They are ridiculous. Regardless, of being at the same location, it is a new structure with new/updated codes that most likely delayed getting a permit and required multiple plan changes.

@KSUOwlHowl @OwlChatPodcast I feel like we are starting to focusing way too much on what we are paying everyone. Which is making people turn this back into a Bo thing. If someone valuable takes the job the money obviously was right, if they don’t then it wasn’t.
