@UPS How do I make sure the driver does not make a decision to redirect my package to access point? I never gave a permission to do so, and I presumed 3 delivery attempts were still a part of UPS service. Is that not right?

@UPS Did UPS stop doing 3 delivery attempts for residential delivery? Missed the driver on Monday and he decided to reroute to local pickup point. Now 3rd day my "next day air" package is still on the truck. Is that how this service is designed?
@FedExHelp I have been waiting all day for a perishable item. The service is by 8PM today and it is past that time locally. I have been watching the driver for the last 2 hours on the live map, and he is just going back and forth in one area, not servicing anywhere else.

@jorisdg I know you're no longer on D365 side and that's so sad. Found a bug in build pipelines compiler and getting MS support to act on it is like pulling a tooth, if not a whole jaw. It doesn't feel like there's any interest in getting bugs fixed, just push the tickets out.
@UPS I have a UPS Next Day Air package coming to me. Your driver just marked it as attempted delivery. I am home and there's zero evidence on the camera of the driver approaching the door. This is not the first and not the second time your drivers lie about attempted delivery.

@att@ATTWireless@ATTHelp so after 1hr 15 mins talking to your reps, during one of the holds I was pushed out of the line with supervisor to Direct TV customer service. I think I learned all I need about AT&T to stay away in the future. I DMed but have little hope if any.
@ATT@ATTWireless I purchased a phone case from online store. I'm not AT&T wireless customer. It is within return period. Yet, I spent over an hour on the phone with CSR and supervisor and I'm being fed anything but a simple solution how to return and get a refund. Unacceptable.

@fedex@FedExHelp Priority Overnight is supposed to be delivered by 12pm. It is 1.40pm now. Package tracking still showing at destination facility. Online chat directs to call FedEx. Calls answered by a robot which won't connect with a person. Is that how it's supposed to work?
@UPS My UPS driver declared failed delivery attempt today. The package does not require signature and could be just dropped off. I was home all day. No evidence of delivery attempt on my camera. The driver was not here and simply lied. It's not the first time. What should I do?
