This is our final data collection before we contact the worst offenders (if it's a lie that the volumes are unusual it may well breach the FCA consumer duty) . It's unfair on callers, and unfair on call centre workers who bear the brunt of people's frustrations.

It was great joining @AlexMPioneer for a #DemystifyingDeathWeek community event in Battlefield. We talked about death & dying, engaged in seedball making, arts, and released five gorgeous white doves which are often part of a funeral service.

A bin in Queens Park was set on fire last weekend by this action, which ultimately costs money to replace, & wastes @fire_Scot time.
