@darkfang109 @DanKohlbek @qyivxi First off there’s no such thing as a trainee Sargent, second you have to have a certain amount of time in service and time in current pay grade before you receive promotions without a waiver. Therefor you can not reach NCO by 19. Not only that hes 3-4 ranks higher then Sargent.
