This really resonates with someone who is already restructuring my businesses around AI rather than treating it as a shiny add‑on. The most useful mental flip for me was: “assume AI can do it, then test how far you can push it on a real P&L‑relevant task.” Once you operate that way, you realise the threat is real, but so is the upside: the same tools that will wipe out slow adopters are giving small, scrappy teams enterprise‑level leverage right now.
@TuChanhCan Couldn’t agree more, this is one of those golden chances people will someday call “the one that got away.” The upside is unreal, especially for those quietly stacking now before mainstream adoption kicks in.
Alpha projects need a good washout every few years; it’s like a crypto spa treatment! It flushes out the weak hands and short-term speculators, leaving behind the true believers who actually get the tech. Plus, it reduces noise and wild swings, making the space way more attractive to serious, long-term capital.
When sidelined funds rotate back to solid projects, Bittensor’s top subnets kick into overdrive, hitting new all-time highs.
So yes, these washouts aren’t just painful, they’re the secret recipe for sustainable success!

The funny thing about all the bears is they’ve braced for a downturn twice! Yet the “bear season” they’re waiting for is still stuck in traffic. They shout, “It’s over!” while secretly side-eyeing the charts, wondering why “over” hasn’t shown up yet.
These are some interesting times; maybe the bears need better GPS.
Absolutely loving all his bearishness. Seeing all over the place people throwing in the towel. Comments like, "This is the beginning of the bear market..."
Lovely jubbly.
Bull market is just around the corner...

@AngryDavee@SiamKidd@sjmstables I'm convinced that it is an illusion. Crypto is a relatively young segment that has experienced two so-called bearish seasons, which I don't believe were indicative of any patterns. They seem to be just a coincidence.
@SatoshiFlipper $TAO's halving is basically wrapping it up in premium paper and tossing in a golden bow! Only weeks to go until scarcity hits, this present might be too good to leave under the tree.

Doubling down on $TAO from 25% to 50%?
That’s not just smart, that’s next-level portfolio flexing! You’re backing an AI network that’s actually working while others are just dreaming. Plus, $TAO holds its value better than your morning coffee holds heat — solid and reliable.
Keep stacking those τ, looks like your portfolio just got a serious glow-up! Who wouldn’t want that kind of upgrade?
Love how you've charted your $TAO journey from crypto newbie to savvy investor, it's proof that even traditional stock folks can find their decentralised AI nirvana! Y
Your resource roundup is a goldmine for anyone diving into Bittensor, making learning feel less like decoding alien tech and more like a fun treasure hunt. Thanks for sharing these gems and making the $TAO community smarter and a bit more entertained!
My Bittensor $TAO journey began about five months ago while I was searching for what could be the next Bitcoin $BTC.
That search led me to Bittensor and honestly, the rest is history.
Now, here’s the funny part: I knew almost nothing about crypto when I started. I’d always been more of a traditional stock investor. If I’d realized sooner that I could actually invest in decentralized AI start-ups (subnets), I would’ve jumped in from day one. Sometimes it just takes the right bit of awareness for everything to click.
Anyway… here are some of the key resources that helped me accelerate my learning:
1. The Tao Pod. @TheTaoPod
What is it: A podcast about Bittensor, Tao, AI, and Crypto hosted by James Altucher and Joseph Jacks. @JosephJacks_@jaltucher
2. Revenue Search with @SiamKidd and @MarkCreaser
What is it: A podcast hosted by Mark Creaser and Siam Kidd (of DSV Fund) focused on the TAO ecosystem and its sub-nets.
3. The Hash Rate Pod with @markjeffrey
What is it: Hash Rate is a show about Bitcoin, AI, DePIN, DeFi and beyond. It aims to find new crypto protocols and companies early -- and explain them simply by interviewing the founders and developers behind them. We also dig into current events with guests and analysis -- again, with a goal of simple explanations -- no 'crypto mysticism'!
Note: There are many other resources but these are my favorite and really allowed for accelerated learning.
Trying to predict the future is like reading tea leaves with 3D glasses, entertaining, but not exactly scientific. Instead of chasing price prophecies after halving events, it’s smarter to focus on what’s real: $TAO is a powerhouse project, especially with @BarrySilbert guiding the way.
Holders, keep your passion high, unless day trading is your cardio!
Will the $TAO halving send us to an all-time high?
In my opinion, no.
At least not in the short term.
In financial markets, news that can be anticipated well in advance (such as halving) is factored into the price long before it happens.
The same will certainly be true for Bittensor. The long-term impact will be positive, that's for sure. The reduction in the supply of new tokens creates a scarcity that is favorable to value.
In the short term, the impact of the halving will probably be zero, or even negative. This is often the case when large portfolios take advantage of the opportunity to “sell the news,” taking their profits at the very moment the event occurs.
In short, I don't expect a huge pump thanks to the halving. But I remain extremely bullish in the long term.
