@BritishGas@MoneySavingExp despite having a smart meter british gas have over charged me by £850 no idea how they have now credited my account refund requested 10-12 days until it hits my account. ridiculous time scales and clearly just a money making scheme!
@BritishGas@MoneySavingExp No thanks, refund has been requested already and will take 10-12 days because it’s a large amount. The fact i have been over charged on a smart meter clearly shows this is a scheme to make money on interest.
