A Class 11 girl went missing from Delhi in September. She is suspected to have eloped with a man as she took cash and clothes with her

FIR was filed regarding her disappearance but police didn't name the suspect in it

When our team accompanied the girl's parents to police station to about the case status this week, police told them -

"Once she runs out of cash, she would automatically return"

This is what our teams encounter on a daily basis regarding missing schoolgirls

This is why we repeatedly go to courts for securing urgent orders for police to trace the girls

However, when they are traced and brought back, it is common for cops to tutor the girls on the way into telling the child welfare committee that they should say no to getting a medical test, threatening them that if any evidence of sexual relation is found the man would go to jail for 20 years

Cops do so so that no inquiry is initiated under POCSO. This saves them work, and also many cops settle such cases by taking bribe from the perpetrator

This is precisely why @SewaNyaya and @RashtraJyoti are escalating our campaign against the growing sexualisation of schoolgirls and normalisation of sexual relationships between adult men and schoolgirls, and the tendency to victimise adult men who groom schoolgirls and make them elope

Well. I thought I can retire today but it is not so.

Another hearing. Today, the state wanted to answer a question posed by the court in last hearing.

It lasted nearly 45 minutes.

One question lead to another and as the court has to close be 245pm, the case is now adjourned to 29.10.2026.

One thing is clear today that the case goes to trial. It is on me to prove to the court that there is prima facie against all accused not just the executive office Thirmagal.

Thirumagal did not challenge high court order which sent her to trial and that is clear.

Even if there is an iota of suspicion others goes to trial and i have proof of the size of Himalayas not just disprin l suspicion.

I understand in Delhi 29th is Karwa Chauth which is closely tied with Parvathi Devi.

Patience is virtue. In the meantime, to all the devotees, all i can tell is that it is better to be late than never. Wish people realize their duty.
