I swear this company is the worse! Not even an update on lost parcel since Sunday. Contact anybody either! @Hermesparcels do you want to give my any updates where is my NEX DAY DELIVERY parcel from @OfficialPLT tells me to wait 5 days for update on next day delivery order! 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

@Nicks92Soffi @Hermesparcels @OfficialPLT They told me to wait till the 12th first then suddenly till 13th! Absolutely ridiculous! I’ve never had an issue like this with them. Obviously @Hermesparcels lost it but @OfficialPLT_CS should look on to this straight away not tell us to wait this long 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
