Well, you can also see the whole fibulocollateral ligament in only 1 coronal image, and that likely means there is anterior tibial translation because the ACL is ADIOS 👋!

CPN intraneural hematoma after skiing trauma.Severe stretch injuries can lead to rupture of the vasa nervorum. Often go unnoticed and are associated with postero-lateral corner injuries. In this case also a complete tear of LCL can be seen.

For MR arthrography, Gd concentration should be 2.5mM... 1:200 dilution for most preparations, 1:400 for Gadavist. If you have TOO MUCH Gd, it will look like this, dark-ish on T2!

Pro tip: watch out for a prominent coracoid process when injecting shoulders.

If you line up your needle and see it overlying a prominent coracoid (outlined in gold), then move your needle above the coracoid (arrow) and proceed with the injection.
