Faster your max speed the higher your “cruising” or “gaming” speed, where you dial it back a fraction to hit the middle of the face, find the fairway etc 🏌️‍♂️

Alex regularly clocks swing speeds in the mid 130s and ball speeds in excess of 200mph🚀

Using the same philosophy I use with all my clients. Improving mobility + movement, getting💪, being explosive and speed swings with max intent!🏌️‍♂️

Whilst 202mph ball speed may be out the question for many there are still valuable lessons every golfer can learn (+20 mph CHS in 2 years)🏌️‍♂️💪

• Move well
• Get stronger
• Perform speed + power work
• Train with intent
