BeratoneGame - Whats it all about?

I’ve been lucky enough to test the game in their recent beta game test (see screen recording attached), good onboarding, pretty easy & chilled gameplay - could easily see myself getting lost in the game for a few hours at at time completing quests and exploring the island.

We see a lot of decent web3 games hitting, but where can Beratone see traction? Integrating Bearachain’s Proof of Liquidity model could be very interesting. The team have clear ambitions to push to web2 & web3 gamers alike, making sure to keep crypto aspect of the game as unobtrusive as possible.

1⃣ High Quality + Unique PFP - seen lots of examples including honoraries, 3D art is often hit and miss for a lot in web3.
2⃣ In-Game Avatar - game is free to play, but assume nft gives added value & progression in game.
3⃣ Fully Rigged 3D Vtuber - this is pretty cool add, and could give the project a real IP boost - if we see some bera influencers starting to utilise. A variety of face tracking software will allow holders to represent their bera while talking meetings, streaming & creating content (amazing for the undoxxed web3 world)

Mint details we know:
11,111 nfts, 888 free mint from sailcloth collection = max 10,223 paid mints (assuming no vault allocation - most teams will hold 10% for future marketing). At today’s prices $bera = $3.50

“Affordable” mint price…. Difficult to know how affordable would be classed?
🪙$1M raise = ~$97 mint / 27 bera
🪙$500K raise ~$48 mint / 14 bera

Mibera sold out at $222 (33 bera at the time) - but was classes as a more premium mint price. Steady Teddies opted for a very reasonable mint price of 12 bera (April 1st, $7.5 bera = $90). Baritone I’d say is less hype or well know at the moment - but this could easily change over the coming months. Hard to know what Beratone need to raise from this mint to allow them to continue to grow and build over the coming months / years.

11.11K collection does feel large, but larger communities do make bigger noise on the timeline. All will really depends on how much education / attention the project can receive in the lead up to their Q2 mint - we have max 2 months….

How does this compare to previous “hype” berachain collections?

Three collections above, lead the charge within the new berachain nft mints. All profitable for minters, and i'm sure will continue to build and grow awareness within the ecosystem. Baritone genesis mint - Sailcloth in Jan 2024 on eth mainnet, sits at around $600 fp (888supply), very solid core community. How does Beratone do? They could be the next hype mint if they keep building traction over the coming weeks / months - but with the 11K+ collection size, a lot will depends on the “affordable” mint price.
