@TheUltimator5 One or more things are true:
1. RC timed the release working with the shorts - I have seen this before
2. RC is throwing a wrench into a suppression mechanism
3. GME is preparing for a major announcement (M&A or similar) before next week
@MeAndVR@TheUltimator5 then your sell levels are too high. Ever since 2024 we went as low as $19 and as high as $37. That's a 2x difference. Even if you regularly bought at $22-23 and sold at $25-26, you would get a 10% return on every swing, of which there were at least 5, so 50%...
@Lightbring33r FTD cycles, options chain, swaps (though these are mostly guesstimates since official data is not available). We might run into earnings. Most likely will run into end of June (because of bond de-legending and massive XRT FTDs due)
@rnewton7777 and once again I sold puts two days before their price went further up... Still have a couple of grand in reserve in case price dips below $21 to buy a 100 shares
@MichaelTLoPiano oh, and btw... this happened 2 days after the infamous 'roaring kitty hack' and a $56bn 'glitch' on BRK-B, right? Timing could not be more interesting
@MichaelTLoPiano btw, you are right - XRT has NEVER had so many fails. 1.5mil was the most I've seen since at least early 2024. Something insane is brewing
@Savagme119043@TheUltimator5 So you just so happened to have missed the $34 and $37 and also the $20 bottom? That's like 50% swings. If that's not enough for you, I don't know pw what will be
@Mooncake741@michaeljburry@ryancohen I remember someone in late 2024 saying we go to $13 soon. If you are so sure of that, put your money where your mouth is. Short $GME and post your position.
@MichaelTLoPiano yes...but with that we will see a sudden rise in under-35 CEOs and owners of major businesses who just so happen to be kids of former CEOs and owners. Age shouldn't really be the determination here
@TheodorTheta@MichaelTLoPiano it will go up - if not into earnings, then into end of June bond de-legending. This creation will now only result in FTDs, nothing else. When those will be settled, only the shorts know
