Just so we are all clear. Today is 7/21/22. I still have not received compensation form @JetBlue or @AmericanAir for items stolen from my bag after they lost it. My flight was 4/30/22.
All this after @JetBlue@AmericanAir owned the mistake, said it would be in boston the next day and assured me 90% of lost bags are found in 5 days or less.
Left a voicemail at 12:21 est yesterday with my @JetBlue โspecialistโ asking for a call back. Over 24 hours later still nothing. Just called again and left another VM.
Totally had it with @JetBlue. Two months after they mishandled my luggage, let it get stolen and items taken they canโt even get their own system to work and allow me to enter missing items. @JetBlueCheeps
.@JetBlue gives you a luggage specialist and an online portal to manage your claim, but the response times are non-existent and need to be accompanied by a phone call (which is typically a voicemail) to get any response.
My @JetBlue specialist assured me he knew all the ins and outs of MCO since he used to work there and was still based in Orlando. Three weeks later MCO lost and found called me to say they had my bag the whole time. @JetBlue had never bothered to check.
